Each order is made just for you. Thank you for allowing a little extra time for production!

Production time

Most items take approximately 2–7 business days in production once submitted to our production partner. Production may take longer during holidays or busy periods.

Delivery time

Shipping time is additional to production time and varies by product, shipping method, and destination. Delivery estimates aren’t guaranteed, so please order early for special occasions.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking & separate packages

Tracking details will be provided when available after your order ships. Items may ship separately and arrive on different days.

For damaged or defective items, please also include clear photos and refer to our Returns & Order Support page.
